  • Ordering items for restaurant

  • Rotating stock and cleaning of cool rooms to reduce wastage

  • Maintaining a successful seafood buffet weekly with regular clientele returns.

Reason for Leaving

  • Returned to home town of Port Macquarie to continue apprenticeship.
