Responsibilities

Working under head chef and second chef preparing food for daily lunch and dinner services in small busy kitchen.

Daily cleaning duties: floors, deep fryer, grill and dry store.

Occasional pass running and ordering with the head chef to learn the basic running of a kitchen.

Achievements

Raised just over $3000 for ‘shave for cure’ fundraising function which I personally promoted.

By the end of my employment I had cooked on every section successfully.

Ability to work well with the head chef and other staff.

Reason for Leaving

Concluded time at Laurieton Hotel to pursue a career in fine dining at Bathers Pavilion.
