Responsibilities

  • Assisting Executive Chef Emilio Macias of Astrid y Gaston (2 Michelin*) of Peru in producing his signature meals for Savour to the public.

  • Lead, delegate and train 6 Junior chefs to produce dishes (entrée,mains, dessert).

  • Produce and prepare foods under HACCP requirements.
